Pharos Uniprint is a print management program that enables you to track your print balance, reduce waste, and enhance printing security. Pharos clients are installed on all computers in the open labs, remote printing release stations and is available to be downloaded on your personal computer.
The print release station makes printing more convenient and secure while giving you more control. A print release station holds print jobs until their owners arrive at the printer and releases them. This allows cost savings and green printing by allowing the user to only print the jobs they really need and ensure that only you can pick up your print job from the printer.
This is a piloted program and currently there are three locations across the main campus.
Dempster Hall, Room 113
Kent Library, Sadie's Place
Towers Complex, Room 107
Print your file as normal but choose the specific printer location.
