Before accepting the position with Southeast, Weber served as the director of office and computing services at Cornell College for five years. Prior to his position at Cornell College, he spent three years as the director of university computer services at Southern Arkansas University. From 1987 to1994, he was employed at Highland Community College in Freeport, Ill., serving as director of data processing, an instructor, an analyst and programmer.
