DO YOU LIKE GREEN EGGS AND HAM? In connection with Read Across America and what would have been the 97th birthday of acclaimed children's author Dr. Seuss, student members of the National Education Association (NEA) chapter at Southeast will join with millions across the country to celebrate the joy of reading today. Southeast students will visit four elementary schools in the Cape Girardeau and Jackson public school districts throughout the day. Over 30 Southeast students will visit 51 classrooms ranging from kindergarten through sixth grade. Each college student will read a Dr. Seuss book to the class and then participate in activities with the students. Read Across America, sponsored by the NEA, is a nationwide event that celebrates literacy.

We will put up this year's (2004 - 2005) info! Watch for it!!
