Committee Reports:

Fundraising Committee: The event has been postponed due to prospect of rain. Vote to hold the event on April 20th with a back up date of the 13th.

Stephanie has volunteered to coordinate voter registration table.

Flyers will begin posting on Monday, April the 3rd. Volunteers need to contact Chris Wilson.

Erin has volunteered to contact the Southeast Missourian "out and about".

 ******* The event will have to be scheduled April 13th due to scheduling conflict---04/03/06.

Special Interest committee: none

Qualitative research committee: There was a vote and a discussion to cancel the qualitative research project due to lack of focus and time. However, there was an agreement to still try and hold a forum in the fall regarding bills that effect the community. Unanimous agreement to research bills followed by MASW and bring to next meeting for discussion.

PA. Committee: Volunteers needed to distribute flyers the week of April 3rd, and chalk the week of the 13th.
