Provided editing and proof reading service for three published works:  David Sansing, The University of Mississippi: A Sesquicentennial History (1999); Steven Stubbs, Duty, Honor and Valor (2000); and Stubbs, "Neshoba at War: The Story of the Men and Women of Neshoba County in World War II" (forthcoming).
 

Responsible for arrangement and description of historical and literary collections of Mississippiana; archival reference service; hiring and supervision of student assistants; outreach activities; donor relations; and exhibit preparation.

Principal Investigator on Technical Assistance Grant from the Alabama State Council of the Arts, for work on the Archive of American Minority Culture Collection (AAMC), The University of Alabama Special Collections, 2000; amount awarded $1000.
