Bill Baehr is a senior in the Historic Preservation program at Southeast. On weekends you can find him among the ranks of Company G of the 17th Missouri Regiment of Volunteers fighting to preserve the Union at Civil War reenactments. He currently holds the rank of corporal. He is also involved in the Society for Creative Anachronism. During the summer of 2001, he journeyed to Syria as a member of an archaeological dig sponsored by St. Louis Archaeological Expeditions, Inc. During the summer of 2003 he interned at the Museum of Transportation in St. Louis, Missouri.  He also spends some time volunteering at some historic sites in the St. Louis area, where he lives with his mother, father, and younger (but unfortunately, taller) brother.  Bill has worked in Special Collections for three years.
