The IT Help Desk stocks toner and
staples for all printers/copiers that have a current
maintenance agreement with IKON. We do not carry
supplies for any other printer/copier. The cost of
toner is included with the maintenance agreements.
Staples are billed to each department's account.
Toner/staples can be picked up from the IT Help Desk
during normal business hours. Please have the
following information available when picking up
supplies:
- Printer/copier model number
- Printer/copier room number
- Department
- Account number
- Toner type
- Staple type (if applicable)
