Digital Camera Checkout For Faculty/Staff

Overview

The digital camera is restricted to current Southeast Missouri State University faculty/staff.  The digital camera may be borrowed from IT Help Desk in Academic Hall 140.  A Southeast Missouri State University Equipment Use Agreement must be signed by the borrower prior to checking out the digital camera.  The borrower is responsible for the camera until it is returned to the IT Help Desk staff and checked in. 
 

The digital camera is available on a first-come, first-served basis.  Checkout is limited to a 3 day period and must be returned to the IT Help Desk in Academic Hall 140.

 

Loan Period

  • The loan period is 72 hours.

Security

  • You are responsible for the digital camera checked out to you until it is checked back in.

  • Never leave the digital camera unattended.

Assistance

  • Basic directions for camera operation are included in the camera case.

  • IT Help Desk staff are available during normal business hours to answer any additional operational questions.

  • Report any problems with the camera to the IT Help Desk as soon as possible.
