Wireless LAN Service is available to the Southeast Community in a number of locations throughout the campus, bringing mobility to students, faculty, and staff.

The Southeast Wireless LAN service utilizes the IEEE 802.11g wireless LAN standard and may be accessed by most computing devices equipped with a wireless LAN adapter.

Use of the network requires authentication utilizing your Southeast Key and password.

We currently have 3 wireless networks:

• SoutheastSecure/SoutheastResNet (encrypted)
  • Tutorial of how to connect for Windows XP
  • Tutorial of how to connect for Windows Vista
  • Tutorial of how to connect for Mac OS X

• SoutheastNetwork (unencrypted)
  • Video Demonstration of how to connect
