On Line Vision Course for Summer 2004 (3 credit hours)

SPE 507 Anatomy of the Eye: This course is offered through the internet using the SMSU on-line program. If you want to begin your VI certification at SMSU this course is the one for you. This interactive course will expose participants to the fundamental components of the structure, function, anatomy of the eye and educational implications of specific eye disorders and conditions. One very exciting feature of this course is an interactive eye dissection by an actual ophthalmologist. There are also well constructed, easy to learn modules, innovative pictures and animations of common eye diseases. This course is taught by well trained, doctoral level faculty.
