How your School District can Prepare for a Student who is Blind or Visually Impaired

When a student who is visually impaired enters school, it may be the first time the district has provided educational services for a child with a vision loss.  The information provided here is designed to give your district the initial information needed to begin educational programming for the student with a visual impairment.  If you need further assistance or clarification, please contact Jennifer Coy, Blind Skills Specialist at 1-800-401-8860 Ext. 4 or 573-651-5077.
