Membership:

Membership is open to all individuals interested in Missouri conservation, and is merely $5.00.  However, it is free for students and retirees. The cost of publication of the semi-annual newsletter (The Glade) is currently covered by this and fundraising efforts (notably the Silent Auction at the Natural Resources Conference.  In order to keep MOSCB membership at this level, we are constantly looking for opportunities to increase our funding base. If you know of any possible funding sources that would be of interest to MOSCB, or if you would like to become involved in the fundraising process, please contact us

To become a member, send your name, full address, phone number and email address with a check for %5.00 to Missouri Chapter, Society for Conservation Biology to:

Please note: Members will be sent a copy of The Glade semiannually, however members are not automatically added to the listserv database.  Beginning in Spring 2008 this will be provided as an electronic copy - in order to reduce costs. If you are interested in subscribing to the listserv (usually there is very little traffic), go to the Lists page. Subscription is encouraged because the listserv is a primary means of communicating upcoming MOSCB events to members.

Although membership is but $5.00, larger donations are welcome and will help support chapter activities such as publication of The Glade.
